SSNIT Cape Coast Staff Join Nationwide Clean-Up Exercise

Staff of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Cape Coast Branch have joined the ongoing nationwide clean-up campaign aimed at promoting environmental sanitation and creating cleaner communities across the country.


The exercise saw staff members actively participating in cleaning activities around their office premises and surrounding areas as part of efforts to support the national agenda of maintaining a healthy and clean environment.


Speaking during the exercise, the Head of Compliance Unit at SSNIT Cape Coast Branch, Mr. Emmanuel Eddie Ackon, explained that the institution's participation demonstrates its commitment to community development and environmental responsibility. According to him, maintaining a clean environment is a shared responsibility that requires the collective efforts of individuals, institutions, and communities.


Mr. Ackon noted that the clean-up campaign provides an opportunity for SSNIT staff to contribute meaningfully to society beyond their regular duties. He encouraged residents and businesses within Cape Coast to embrace proper sanitation practices and actively participate in initiatives that promote cleanliness.


The nationwide clean-up campaign continues to receive support from various organizations and institutions as authorities intensify efforts to improve sanitation and safeguard public health.
