DopeNation featured in Spotify's 2026 Songs of Summer Predictions — full list

Ghanaian pop duo DopeNation has been named in Spotify's 2026 Songs of Summer Predictions, set to "define the sunny season in the Northern Hemisphere."

A list of 30 tracks curated by the digital streaming platform's global team of editors, the selection also includes Tems, Zara Larsson, Drake, and Ariana Grande.

Spotify says these picks represent a range of musical movements its editorial team has an eye on this summer, including the rise of nostalgic club anthems, "sadboy" pop, sun-soaked global dance hits (like DopeNation's viral azonto/Amapiano fusion), and postcard country.

Meanwhile, this year, Spotify is bringing the in-app voting feature to the Songs of Summer playlist for the first time, giving listeners the chance to predict the Song of Summer for themselves.

To vote, fans must tap the "Vote" button at the top of the playlist to cast their selection. Fans can also share their vote on social channels or via messages by tapping "Share", and keep an eye out for breakouts, updates, and fan-focused surprises all summer long.
