TW Radio 88.9 FM joined the Illinois Black History Museum Club during a visit to Sammo Senior High School in Cape Coast, where female students were empowered through mentorship, education, and motivational discussions aimed at shaping their future.

The programme brought together students, educators, and representatives of the Illinois Black History Museum Club to discuss issues relating to academic excellence, personal development, leadership, and the role of young women in society.

During the engagement, a number of inspiring speeches were delivered to encourage the female students to understand their purpose in life, remain focused on their educational goals, and make decisions that will positively influence their future. The speakers stressed the importance of discipline, self-confidence, hard work, and determination in achieving success.

Students were urged to take advantage of every educational opportunity available to them and to see themselves as future leaders capable of making meaningful contributions to their communities and the nation at large. The speakers also encouraged them to overcome challenges, believe in their abilities, and pursue their dreams with confidence.

The interactive session provided students with the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on education, career development, and personal growth. Many of the students expressed appreciation for the valuable lessons and encouragement shared during the visit.

At TW Radio 88.9 FM, we believe that empowering young people through education and mentorship is essential to building stronger communities and a brighter future. As a media organization committed to community development, we remain open to collaborations and partnerships with institutions, organizations, and stakeholders whose initiatives align with education, youth empowerment, health, tourism, and social development.
